Personality

Omilia is certainly her father's daughter. She's head strong, stubborn, and isn't exactly the best when it comes to being a team player. It's not that she doesn't like people, in fact she's incredibly extroverted. In her mind, the more people she has to collaborate with the more "variables" she has to deal with, and that's what actually bothers her. Omilia likes being in control of everything she works on, so she would rather just cut out the middle man of constantly having to compromise with others and just work on her own. Additionally, she hates being told what to do and finds it very hard to be persuaded that her way isn't the best. Due to all this, many see her as being... difficult, to work with.In contrast however, as mentioned before, Omilia is a huge extrovert. As a child, she was very much isolated from the world, so once she was able to join it she took every moment she could to interact with others. Amongst her friends, she is infamously known as an enabler. She is always absolutely willing to be her friends' Yes-Man whether or not she actually thinks their ideas are good. She's here for a good time, not a long one.

Personality

Most people would say that Jason is a natural leader. Despite being a huge introvert, Jason spent a lot of his childhood enrolled in various team sports and is very comfortable working in collaboration with other people. He's always been pretty meticulous about game plans and has always had a good eye for picking up on someone's strengths and knowing how to effectively use those skills to benefit the group. This and his overwhelming selflessness is what made him the ideal candidate to lead his team when he joined SHIELD.
As stated before, Jason is also a huge introvert. Though he does enjoy working with other people, he also spends most of his free time alone (+Logan, he doesn't count).
Despite being known as a generally pleasant and kind person to be around, Jason also happens to struggle a lot with anger management and emotional regulation problems. This is something he has always dealt with, and as such, has worked very hard to improve upon. He also dislikes large crowds and most physical contact unless it's someone he's very familiar with (family, close friends, etc.).

Personality

To most people, Maddie is a quiet Straight A student with a bad habit of falling asleep in class. She is kind and is always willing to tutor her classmates if they need the extra help. However, despite her friendliness, she tends to isolate herself in her studies and struggles to make close friends. This changes once she becomes Spider Woman. While during the day, she’s still shy and reserved, when behind the mask, Maddie is able to find the courage to be someone new. She’s confident, outspoken, and constantly throwing quips at anyone who will listen, no matter how awkward they sound. Once she teams up with and then eventually joins SHIELD, Maddie is finally able to make her first close friends. She and Shade instantly click, and when they also become friends in school, Maddie is finally able to start coming out of her shell.
Despite literally being a superhero who encounters both petty criminals and actual supervillains, Maddie’s biggest struggle is probably confrontation. She has a bad habit of burying herself in work, whether it be school or patrolling, instead of confronting problems in her social life. This ends up causing many problems in her relationships, both romantic and platonic. Growing up, she felt the need to prove that she could do things on her own. That she didn’t need help from others. This led to her struggling to be able to reach out later in life, even to those she loves most.
